Ok back to announcements proper. :) :)
First up, we have received feedback that some of the automated responses generated from the server have gone into the spam boxes. We have re-sent each and every order email confirmation to you manually, and we would appreciate if you could click on "not spam" on the emails so that we may correct this as soon as possible. We have absolutely no idea why our mails started going into spam, but happened it did today. :( We hope you will be patient with us as we sort this technical glitch on our end. The shopping continues, all you need to do is check your spam boxes just in case we end up there. :)
Please add us customerservice@thecoloris.com.sg and sales@thecoloris.com.sg into your contacts so that our emails to you will be delivered safely into your inboxes.
Secondly, after the launch of our website, we realized that to maintain it requires more effort and diligence as compared to a blogshop, and thus, we will be launching our collections fortnightly instead of weekly, for now, for awhile. As soon as our engines are all revved up we shall revert to our weekly launches again like we have always done before! This we promise! ^^
Patience is not a virtue that anyone of us in the team possesses, but learn it we must. We were highly frustrated over the spam mails that came from our domain. I mean, we own it, so why aren't we in control of it? Alas, but trudge on we will. There are a lot more things we would like to do for you ladies; more previews, more styles, and more of us. For now, we have to concentrate on getting the website to perform to its optimum, meaning, we have to work it like a horse (like a wild stallion as the photographer will say!!!) so that you ladies will find it a breeze to shop with us.
Please continue to rant at us so that we might improve on our products and services. All criticisms will be construed as constructive! We will continue to hear your voices and go along the flow. This is our commitment to you, who have supported us thus far. :)
