We had 2 cases of fraud last week and we hadn't known till we were ready to send the packages. Both claimed the same, that they had paid, they filled in the links attached in the invoices, and gave us the transaction details. When payment could not be verified, they still insisted they had made the transfer. We then made a complaint with the bank (we believed you more than our bank!!) and only then did we realized that these are fraud cases. We have decided not to report the cases to the police but that does not mean we condone such transactions. We hope all of you will have a pleasant shopping experience with us, and to avoid nasty exchanges in future, for ATM transfers, in addition to filling in the links leading to the details shown on invoices, we will require screenshots of your receipts to be sent to customerservice@thecoloris.com.sg (same email you receive your invoices) with header "invoice number xxxx". 

On a happier note, we are pleased to offer our shoppers self collection in our office (yay!) from Nov 2012. If you need something urgently and within the same day of purchase, do select the "Self Collection" tab from the postage menu, and upon verification of payment we will send you an email of our office address in Sin Ming Lane. :)

(Apologies for this word-worthy post, we dunno why we cannot summarize the above using 3 liners! Lolz. ^^)
